1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "ph35com," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the operator of the ph35com platform accessible at ph35com.app, licensed and operating in compliance with PAGCOR regulations in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the ph35com website, mobile site, and any associated applications through which gaming and betting services are provided.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any natural person who has registered or is attempting to register a player account on the ph35com Platform.
• "Account" means the personal player account created by a Player upon successful completion of registration and identity verification on ph35com.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's ph35com Account that are available for wagering and withdrawal, net of any pending transactions.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive credits awarded by ph35com to a Player that are subject to specific wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and ph35com's internal compliance procedures.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government-authorized regulatory body overseeing lawful gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual under 21 years of age, any individual located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, or any individual whose account has been suspended or permanently banned by ph35com.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.

Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa where context permits.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ph35com Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ph35com with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and ph35com relating to the subject matter hereof.

ph35com reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ph35com will provide notice to registered Players through in-Platform notifications or email to the address on file. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to ensure your continued use constitutes informed acceptance.

3 Eligibility and Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

Access to and participation in any gaming, betting, or wagering activity on the ph35com Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is mandated under Philippine law and is enforced by ph35com as a condition of its PAGCOR compliance obligations. Persons under 21 years of age are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any activity on ph35com.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ph35com Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines and other jurisdictions where accessing online casino and sports betting services is lawful. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of ph35com is lawful in your jurisdiction. ph35com makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

3.3 Exclusion of Employees

Current and former employees of ph35com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensors, and marketing partners, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are prohibited from holding a player Account or participating in wagering activities on the Platform without prior written consent from ph35com's compliance department.

4 Account Registration and KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming services on ph35com, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and mobile number registered with a Philippine telecommunications provider.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the ph35com Platform. Registering or attempting to register multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension and potential forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ph35com is required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws of the Philippines to verify the identity of all registered Players. Identity verification will be triggered upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, prior to the first withdrawal request, or at any time ph35com determines verification is warranted in accordance with its compliance obligations.

Acceptable identity documents for KYC verification on ph35com include, but are not limited to:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) issued National ID
• Passport issued by the Republic of the Philippines
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Social Security System (SSS) Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• PhilHealth Identification Card
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
• Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)

ph35com reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation, including proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement from BPI, BDO, or Metrobank issued within the last three months) or source of funds documentation, as part of enhanced due diligence procedures.

4.3 Consequences of Incomplete Verification

ph35com may restrict Account functionality — including suspending withdrawal processing — until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. ph35com shall not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals arising from a Player's failure to promptly provide required verification documentation.

5 Account Security and Responsibilities

5.1 Password and Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph35com Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) transmitted to your registered mobile number. ph35com will never contact you to request your password or OTP through any channel — email, live chat, SMS, or otherwise. Any request for such information purportedly from ph35com should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify ph35com immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. ph35com will take reasonable steps to suspend the Account pending investigation upon receipt of such notification. Subject to applicable law, ph35com shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with any third party.

5.3 Account Non-Transferability

Your ph35com Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any Account Balance to any other person. Any attempt to do so constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Wagering on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to fund or operate your Account is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph35com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels, which currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, QR Ph, and GrabPay. ph35com does not accept deposits by credit card, cryptocurrency, or any other method not expressly listed on the Platform at the time of transaction.

6.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits funded from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are prohibited. ph35com reserves the right to reverse deposits and suspend accounts where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that deposits have been made from third-party payment sources.

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed on the ph35com deposit page at the time of transaction. ph35com does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independent of ph35com.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. Where direct reversal is not possible, ph35com will process the withdrawal to an alternative verified payment method in the Player's name following confirmation by the Player.

ph35com targets withdrawal processing within the following timeframes, subject to KYC completion and fraud screening:

• GCash and Maya: Typically within 15–60 minutes of approval
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer: Within 1–3 Philippine banking business days
• QR Ph and GrabPay: Typically within 1–2 hours of approval

ph35com reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required to process a withdrawal.

6.4 Currency

All Account Balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on ph35com are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). ph35com does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

ph35com offers various promotional bonuses to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins on selected slot titles. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion on the ph35com Platform. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, Bonus Funds awarded to a Player's Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is published in the promotion terms at the time the offer is made. ph35com recommends all Players review wagering requirements carefully before accepting any bonus.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

ph35com employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk hedging betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, using third-party software to exploit promotional offers, or colluding with other Players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and any associated winnings forfeited and may face permanent Account suspension.

8 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

8.1 Game-Specific Rules

Each game available on the ph35com Platform — including live dealer tables, JILI and PG Soft slot titles, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, and sabong streams — is governed by specific rules published within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand these rules before placing any wager. In the event of a technical error during gameplay, ph35com's records shall be conclusive as to the outcome of any disputed round or bet, subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Section 15.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets on ph35com, including PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, and boxing, are subject to ph35com's Sports Betting Rules, which govern settlement procedures, void bet conditions, postponement and cancellation policies, and maximum payout limits. ph35com reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from technical errors or feed failures.

8.3 Maximum Winnings

ph35com applies maximum winnings caps on a per-bet, per-session, and per-day basis as displayed in the relevant game or betting section. These caps are applied regardless of the size of the initial wager or the theoretical payout of a winning combination. Winnings in excess of applicable caps will not be credited to the Player's Account Balance.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph35com Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the ph35com Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are a Prohibited Person
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended)
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or the Platform infrastructure for financial gain
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology specifically to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your identity or location
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening conduct directed at ph35com staff or other Players through any Platform communication channel
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any proprietary ph35com content without prior written authorization

10 Responsible Gaming

ph35com is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. ph35com recognizes that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we maintain a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools to support our players.

10.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month beyond which wagering is automatically suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the selected period.
• Reality Check: Players may enable periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay that display time elapsed and net win/loss for the current session.

11 Intellectual Property

ph35com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; use any data mining, scraping, or automated collection tools on the Platform; or create derivative works based on any ph35com intellectual property.

Any unauthorized use of ph35com's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph35com's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph35com Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph35com shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether ph35com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph35com does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph35com shall not be liable for any losses arising from: telecommunications network failures, power outages, acts of God, or other events beyond ph35com's reasonable control; errors in odds feeds or game data caused by third-party data providers; or your reliance on any information displayed on the Platform for purposes other than entertainment wagering.

13 Suspension and Termination

13.1 Suspension by ph35com

ph35com reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account, temporarily or permanently, at any time and without prior notice if ph35com reasonably believes that: you have breached any provision of these Terms; your Account is the subject of a regulatory, fraud, or law enforcement investigation; there is suspected unauthorized access to your Account; or your continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

13.2 Termination by Player

You may close your ph35com Account at any time by submitting a written account closure request to ph35com's support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) Philippine business days. Any verified Account Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your nominated Philippine payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no pending wagers or bonus wagering obligations remain active.

13.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination of your Account, whether by you or by ph35com, your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. ph35com will retain your Account data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data retention regulations. If your Account is terminated by ph35com due to a breach of these Terms, ph35com reserves the right to withhold Account Balances pending investigation and to pursue recovery of any funds obtained through fraudulent or abusive conduct.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ph35com may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered Players through in-Platform notifications, email to the address on file with your Account, or prominent notice on the ph35com homepage. The effective date of the amended Terms will be clearly stated in the updated document.

Your continued use of the ph35com Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2. ph35com recommends that you bookmark this page and review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the ph35com Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2 Informal Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute with ph35com, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or email. ph35com is committed to resolving player complaints promptly, fairly, and transparently. The majority of player concerns are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.

15.3 Formal Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to arbitration administered in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws. Alternatively, Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution channel, as ph35com operates under PAGCOR's regulatory framework and is subject to PAGCOR's oversight and enforcement mechanisms.

15.4 Jurisdiction

Subject to the arbitration provisions above, both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the ph35com Platform.
